The product provides an easy way for users to get up and running with their own referral program without needing any developer assistance - in under five minutes! Referral Factory offers over 1000 pre-built templates, but businesses can also build their own programs from scratch.

One of the best features of Referral Factory is that there's no need for tracking scripts on the website to launch a referral program. Businesses can create capture pages that are personalized to their brand using the built-in page builder feature. There are two ways to onboard referrers: by uploading a database or promoting it through direct marketing.

After signing up for a free trial I had a demo with an expert who helped me build a campaign during the demo - after that, it took me 5 minutes to launch my program to my customers. I’m so impressed with how easy it was to connect my referral program to my HubSpot account.

I have started running online makeup classes and needed a tool that could connect with my CRM so I know who has booked classes and who I need to give a makeup trial discount. Referral Factory sends my referrals straight to my CRM so I don’t have to do any extra work to manage my program. Plus, their system also tells me who I need to reward and when.
